Shaftsbury Glen Golf Course

Played Shaftsbury Glen on this wet and rainy day.  Played with the 3 most favorite men in my life and one was my husband!  Although it misted on us all day we had a good time.  The course was in excellent shape.  I guess you would call it a Parkland style.  It has wide open fairways with elevated greens guarded by bunkers and I believe I only hit one bunker.  The greens were excellent.  One of the guys who has been a superintendent here at the beach for numerous years even commented on what great shape the course was in.

Another great thing was the staff, they treated us really well, as they should as one of the guys who works there is married to my assistant. He would not even accept our tip at the bag drop, guess I will have to give his wife a raise, but remember, the bag drop guys work for TIPS!

I would recommend Shaftsbury to anyone of any skill to play and playing with the other 2 Glens courses, Heather Glen and Glen Dornoch, makes for a great 3 round package.
