Pine Lakes Golf Course Update

October 7, 2009

Played the recently re-opened Pine Lakes course, also known as The Granddaddy.  The course was originally built in the 1920s and was the first golf course in Myrtle Beach.  After a two year renovation the course has re-opened with new SeaDwarf Paspalum greens.  Although, they no longer serve their famous clam chowder out on the course anymore, the guys at the bag drop still wear knickers.  If you love the traditional type course, you will love this one.

Green fees range from $65 to $120 depending on season.
