River Oaks Golf Plantation joins Signature Golf Group
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (December 9, 2010) - On December 1, 2009 the Signature Golf Group took over management of the 27-hole River Oaks Golf Plantation. The new management relationship will not effect the course renovations presently underway. Hundreds of trees are being removed enabling a better stream of sunlight to reach the course and opening up the courses to the players. The Otter nine overhaul has been completed and the Fox nine is now underway. Signature also manages Indigo Creek, Wicked Stick, Woodland Valley Country Club (see Golf Course Reviews on this site), Azalea Sands and Rivers Edge (Shallotte, NC).
